FOR DEALERS ONLY:

This Dealer Application is intended only for the use of legitimate motorcycle dealers and repair shops who maintain a business establishment and buy in wholesale quantities. We carefully check all new applications for our price list and all orders from new accounts to make sure that they originate from legitimate motorcycle businesses.

MERCHANDISE AND PRICES:

All items and prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for current pricing. We reserve the right to increase prices between catalogs and price list printings.

SHIPMENTS:

Whenever possible, orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Packages shipped C.O.D. are subject to applicable charges.


VISA AND MASTERCARD:

Available to all accounts. This eliminates C.O.D. charges.


CLAIMS:

Our responsibility for arrival of merchandise ends upon delivery to the carrier. We pack all merchandise in the best possible way so that it should arrive in good condition. If items are damaged indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. KEEP the shipping carton. HOLD the goods. NOTIFY us for instructions. Any shortages or damaged goods must be reported to our offices within 48 hours of delivery.


RETURNS:

To return an item, call the Eurotech Motorsports offices prior to sending the return and obtain a Return Authorization number. If all qualifications are met, the item will be credited or replaced at the customers choice. The qualifications are; must be invoiced 30 days or less from the date of return authorization; must be in restockable/resaleable condition; must be returned complete with original part packaging; must arrive with authorization number visible on outside of package; all shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; returns for errors determined not to be Eurotech's fault are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All replacements will be sent free freight at the service level of the original shipment unless the customer pays the difference for faster delivery.
