RETURN POLICY
WHAT MAY I RETURN?
All products that are unused, undamaged, and can be resold as new
may be returned for a full refund, minus original shipping charges.
Note: Spiegler USA brake lines are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply contact us at 530-345-7145 for a Return Authorization Number.
Returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and
must have a Return Authorization number written on the OUTSIDE of the box.
Returns received without prior issuance of an Return Authorization Number will be refused

HOW WILL I GET CREDIT?
We will process your return and credit your account within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Items not returned in original packaging and in like new condition are subject to a handling charge of 15%-50%.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part.
